As a teacher in the Himalayan Tradition, I have learned that finding your style is essential and the only style that is important on your journey. Using the philosophy of Patanjali's yoga sutra as a backbone and the accessibility of this Tradition, your study and practice will develop your style. This is the first major step of the journey. I preciously hold to this and do whatever possible to help students and future teachers so that one day they are able to say with full confidence "this is my practice". It is at this point you make a huge leap of progress on your personal journey. With passion for your practice you will begin to trust yourself, your decision making capacity, and your follow through. You will live and teach from your own experience, with realized knowledge as the true guiding force.
